Sad news po ngreply pi ang CIC abt sa application ko nareturn po kc sa issue ng payment dhil nwla un CC na ginamit ko looks like d nila namatch un pinadal ko new mode of payment. Nireturn dw po nila app ko via snail mail last jan 7. Ano napo ggwin ko ngyon?

Sorry po bout sa application nyo.. pro wag po mawalan ng pagasa kasi your application process doesn't end here, not just yet. madami-dami din cgro dito na ang first few attempts sa katuparan ng pangarap ay bigo and I'm one of them. ika nga, failure ain't the falling down, it's the staying down..

Sa lahat na may Visa na, congratulations po and all the best sa new life sa Canada! sa ating mga nagaantay pa PER/MR/PPR/Visa, best of luck and sana dumating na soon inaantay natin.

HELP NEEDED...GOT REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY

I am 2013 applicant...My time is as follows
1.application process started in may 2013 in NOC Code 0211(Engineering Managers)
2.got medical request in Dec 2013.
3.got physical Background check in April 2014
4.CIC sent procedural fairness letter in Sep2014 as they have doubt in my experience and some inconsistencies in my office.
5.Got DECISION MADE in JAN 2015. AND decision is

REJECTION LETTER WITH 2 YEARS INADMISSIBILITY. as per section 40(1)(a),40(2)(a) and section 11(1) of IMMIGRATION and REFUGEE Protection ACT.

seniors pls suggest...what should be my next step....
1.shall I appeal to same.
2.Wait for 2years

Major concern:- how could i remove my inadmissibility. could it be automatically removed after 2 years or i have to do something?Could it br removed before by some appeal.

Another Question:- and after 2 years will CIC count my work experience from beginning or have they made my work experience zero till date...?

(a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a
relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act.

misrepresentation for a period of two years following, in the case of a determination
outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection A40(1) or, in
the case of a determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

SEC 11 (1) :- "A foreign National Must,Before Entering CANADA,Apply to an Officer for VISA,
or any other documents required by regulation,The VISA or Documents shall be issue if ,
Following an examination,the officer is satisfied that foreign national is not inadmissible
and meet the requirement of this ACT.

where is your visa office? so you did not receive passport request?

I have a query. Does the local VO base the issuance of MR by the date the application was received by CIO or when PER was issued? As I have observed, those who already received their MR were the ones who got PER by October and their app was received by CIO last June or July. Insights please.

Got my PER!!! But I'm not sure if I'm still going to push through with the application. Need to choose kasi between my current employment which by the way we are prohibited of having dual allegiance including permanent residency from other countries or push through with Canada application which I have no idea kung ano naghihintay sa 'kin dun. So ang tanong ko especially sa mga nasa Canada na, is it really worth it?

Hi Andy83, ang tanong ko muna sayo ano ba main reason mo bat ka nag try mag apply sa Canada?

Kasi like for me I have a good job here and may business husband ko pero gusto pa din namin mag try sa Canada mainly for the future of our kids.
Environment wise kung icocompare mo dito masyado ng maraming crimes na parang hindi ko mapayagan lumabas ang mga anak ko, less polluted din ang hangin dun.Studies nila me option ka na dun sa free mag paaral,etc.

Pero syempre me fear pa din ako kung makakahanap ba tayo ng magandang work doon at kung anong buhay dadatnan natin. Pero sabi nga ng mga ate kong andun na sa simula lang yun. Medyo iniisip ko din pala yun yayaless setup kasi feeling ko dun ako mag aadjust kasi dito 2 yayas ko pero ang dami ko pa din ginagawa what more kung walang yaya. Weigh mo na lang pros and cons mo para sayo. Kaming mag asawa pinag usapan na namin ito. Maraming nag sasabi ng positive and negative about immigration pero syempre iba iba yan sa bawat tayo. Hindi natin malalaman kung di natin susubukan. Wag ka na lang muna mag benta ng mga properties mo dito sa Pinas para kung sakaling gusto mo pa bumalik.

Hi. Ask ko lang po for those who paid their RPRF online. Ung official receipt sinend nyo po ba sa immigration via e-mail or pina mail nyo pa po mismp sa embassy??? Thanks po.

Via email lang.

Verified din na pwedeng via email lang with our forum mate Yienyanz. Sinend nya RPRF receipts and copies of passports via courier, in parallel, she sent it online. Nag reply ang LVO na no need to send hard copies, email attachments will do. Kaya lang na send na nya sa courier kaya di na nya mabawi gastos nya, pero ok lang.

Hi brown eyes! Same timeline pla us,july 9 din ako. Balitaan mo nmn ako if may MR kna. Actually ako rin perfct time lng ang nxt year for us..ok nga lng skin kht march or april pa..alam ko nmn kc na ddating tlga yan at ibbgay sa amin itong blessing na to in God's perfect time. I am planning to enroll my son pa ng 1 more school year as grade 2,tpos first communion..we are also planning to have 1big celebration pa ng 1st bday,7th bday and baptismal pa ni baby by sept. Nka foreign assignment prin kc c hubby sa sg and bka abutin pa rw ng 1 yr and proj nila..so perfect timing ang next year na departure for us..hopefully by then e ready na rin kmi financially kc nung initial filing e ngborrow lng kmi ng pandagdag sa pof...and thank God we are slowly getting to the required amount...wag tayo mainip..God has so many surprises waiting for us...God is good!! In His own time...everything will fall into place...
