I am still worried about the cap and i have in this forum that most of the person received their AOR in 1 month or so after receiving their PER.

i Am still waiting ......!

Do i need to call/email CIC for the update.

If yes kindly Assist/help

You do not need to call CIC for this as not all VO send AOR and please let's see your timeline and show VO

nothing is mentioned in PER
my noc is 2131
