I have submitted my application under FSWP on 2nd May 2014. My credit card has been charged for $550 CAD. Does this confirm the acceptance of my application? I havent received any email from CIC thou. Any thoughts?

Congrats, it means they have accepted your application, wait a couple of days and you shall receive PER mail. Pls what is ur NOC code?

Very glad to hear that. And i applied under NOC 2174. And my credit card was charged before 10 days and i havent received any email till now

Did you supply them an email if so, check your spam messages too, but just relax its taking its time it will surely come.

I live in US hence used my Chase card. Irrespective of where you live, you can use your credit card to make the payment. Just make sure the expiry date of your card is atleast 3-5 months from now. You shall use your friends credit card as well. Just look into the Payment details form for details.
