Hi I have filed my application for FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER program 2014. At that time my divorce was pending. I had disclosed the matter at very initial stage that my divorce is pending and the accept my file. I had undergone WES, MEDICAL and finally RPRF was also paid by me. But at last stage they ask me for decree of divorce which was still pending at that time in 2015. Finally I was unable to produce final divorce documents as my divorce was not ended at that time and my PR application was refused solely on the nom production of decree of divorce.
Now I have been granted divorce this year I Feb and I have send that to commission and ask to review the decision. .
According to you guys what are the chances?
