Hi Coolguy2010 or any senior who can help,

Hope somebody can help me/ comment on the below problem-

I have one basic question, What if you miss to mention the category under which u are applying on the address envelope? I have a friend who sent the application under new Federal skilled worker class. In hurry to send the application, he forgot to write from the three options " NOC Category or Arranged employment or PHD Degree" . He only mentioned "Federal Skilled Worker" along with his "NOC code XXXX" on the envelope.

Is that a cause of concern? Do reply soon as he is in lot of tension, and I am feeling bad for him.

Thanks for the info. That was of much relief ! So my friend is safe and he need not worry !

What we can conclude is that if somebody misses to write the NOC code on the cover envelope, his application would not be taken into consideration at all! I think that's not fair. Somebody can at least open it and verify the contents.

What do the other members of this form think about this?

If NOC Code is not written, it will be difficult for them to sort out the application envelops based on category (as there is only 300 applications needs to be allowed)

Not sure whether it will be returned or will be accepted in general category and later on it may sorted out. But those applications who are very well arranged will get the priority than those which has some errors

My query is that my wife is a CFA and she falls under the catagory of FSWP. I would like to know how i need to proceed with this. How should I start this. I do not have any know ledge how to fill and application form or something. Please help me out and also I would like to know that my wife has done her CFA from ICFAI university Hyderabad India and I would like to know whether it will be considered as Master degree or it is a professional degree.

I am bit worried. The reason is, I may not be able to complete my ECA done with in 10 days.By 18th May I will be able to finish off all documentation & will be able to send the documents. One of my friend told me that it will be too late for 1112, by that time they might have recd. 500+ applications & there is no point by sending the documents on 20th May etc.What do you say ?

Secondly the guys who missed the bus for 1112 submission in 2013, can we assume that in 2014 this occupation (1112) will be there in FSWP list ? If yes it will be worth to start getting all documents ready atleast by next year & we can able to submit on the 1st /2nd day once it is open.

I m not sure when u will be able gather documents and when u will send application (as there is cap of 300 applications per category under FSW)

U can give a try to apply...in worst scenario, u will be refunded

Many other applicants are still under process of ECA

Nobody know for whom it will click. Even who have submitted on time are not 100% sure whether they will be successful

From 2014, they r planning to implement EOI (expression of interest) similar to australia (not very sure of this)
