a. ECA Positive Assessment Document

2. Employment/Work
a. work authorization letter
b.recent paystubs

3. Personal (marriage, background)
a. marriage certificate
b. birth certificate for all family members
c. Bank statements
d. tax documents/W2

4. Language proficiency
a. IELTS test results

5. Relatives etc
6. Forms needed to be filled up

I have some doubt on above. . . . .

1. Education :
a. ECA Positive Assessment Document: do we need to send photo copies of all education documents or ECA report is enough?

2. Employment/Work
a. work authorization letter : What does this include?
b. recent paystubs

3. Personal (marriage, background)
a. marriage certificate
b. birth certificate for all family members
c. Bank statements : do this require only balance certificate or statements for 6 months are required?
d. tax documents/W2 : what does this include?

4. Language proficiency
a. IELTS test results

5. Relatives etc : notarized letter of support form relative is valid for how much time. do i use 2 year old letter?
6. Forms needed to be filled up

Sir good day!

My friend is a nurse by profession. Her line of work is a staff nurse in cardio unit in one hospital directly in-charged of 2D-Echo Cardiography and ECG for six years. Since there is NO nurse in the recent published list of occupations prioritized by CIC for FSWP Category, she would like to work-out and pursue applying FSWP 3214 Respiratory therapists, clinical perfusionists and cardiopulmonary technologists.

Is this possible or would her line of work for six years as staff nurse working in the 2D-Echo and ECG procedures in the cardo unit be credited for FSWP 3214?

Hi all, i have a few questions around here:

This documents must be notarized? In that case, notarized means Authentification by the official means on my country?

Shall i get this step (Notarize) before the legal translation?
