Hello and thanks in advance for helping or answering the following questions!

Here is the scenario:

Esteban is a 35-year old foreign national seeking to immigrate to Canada. Since 2007, he has been working as a Welder on a full-time basis in his native Peru. Although he is not licensed, he is well versed and experienced in all welding aspects. He is confident that with his background and references, he would not encounter any difficulties obtaining his welding license in Canada. In the education arena, Esteban never completed any welding courses, but he completed a 4-year bachelor degree in History in Peru and has obtained the required equivalency assessment showing that his foreign diploma is equivalent to a Canadian one. In the IELTS test, he scored: 8.0 in listening, 7.0 in reading, 7.0 in writing and 7.0 in speaking. He is also fluent in French and in the TEF test scored: 249 in listening, 232 in reading, and 310 in writing and speaking. Although he has never been to Canada, he started applying to jobs online and has received very positive feedback. In fact, a Canadian employer has emailed to him a job offer for continuous, full-time work as a welder for a period of 1 year. He also has a cousin who is 20 years old and a Canadian citizen living in Ontario. Esteban is married and she has completed a university degree in Architecture and has worked as an Architect for the past 8 years in Peru. She is proficient in English and has obtained the following scores in the IELTS test: 7.5 in speaking, 8.0 in reading, 7.0 in writing and 8.0 in listening. She has a sister in Manitoba who is 38 years old and a Canadian citizen. Due to work commitments in Peru, she will not be accompanying Esteban to Canada. Esteban and his wife have two sons together, who is 22 years old, single and a full-time student attending college in Peru and one who is 19 years old, single, but no longer attending school. Esteban intends for both of his sons to accompany him to Canada. Esteban has CDN$30,000 available in his bank account, which he is planning to use for his settlement in Canada.

My Questions:

1. Does Esteban meet the eligibility criteria under the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC), Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) and/or Canadian Experience Class (CEC)?

2. Assuming that Esteban meets the eligibility requirements under one of the federal economic immigration programs mentioned above, how many points is he likely to score in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of the Express Entry?

3. Based on the CRS score that is calculated, what is the likelihood of Esteban receiving an “Invitation to Apply” for permanent residence from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada?

4. Would Esteban’s children be eligible to accompany him to Canada?
