    Arranged Employment/Valid Job Offer

Would he need a valid job offer or arranged employment to get accepted? Or would that just bump his CRS profile up to get an invitation to apply?

    Arranged Employment/Valid Job Offer

Thanks. Lastly, the son who is 19 was recently charged and convicted of Driving While Impaired in Peru. Ok, so I guess what I am getting at is, the email he received from a Canadian employer offering him continuously, full-time work as a welder for a period of 1 year is not considered a valid job offer or arranged employment? Because he did not state information as to start date, hours, wage and...

    Arranged Employment/Valid Job Offer

Thank you. So if the email containing the job offer did not have an LMIA supported, then the offer is not considered valid, correct? He has the work experience, or does that work experience have to be in Canada?

Also, if the welder has a spouse (who will not be accompanying him to Canada) and has 2 sons, aged 19 and 21...could the sons be allowed to come if he applies through the Federal Skills Worker Class? Is there more information I may be able to read up on this? Thanks!
