I had send my educational docs to CES on July 18'2014. I received a text message also confirming that they have deducted the fee from my bank account. I have called them multiple times ( they dont pick up) and they always send the same email too saying that we cant respond to individual cases.

Has any one had a similar experience with them? How can I get in touch with them to get an update on my educational verification status?

Is there anyone who can help me out in assessing FSWP points after my ECA report? WES has received my all education documents and evaluating it. They are taking longer than 20 days to compile the report.

My all education is from Karachi, Pakistan and it's of 16 years in totality.

10 years of Matriculation (School)
2 years of Intermediate (High School)
2 years of Bachelors in Science
2 years of Masters in International Relations

What points am I expected to score under FSWP scoring criteria on my Education?

Since ur total education is 16 yrs that means u wont get 23 points anyhow. u need to have total 18yrs of education to avail 23 points. for ur masters ur wes equivalent wud be either 4yr bachelors or 3 yr bachelors. in either cases u wud get 21 points.

1) Application Details - What should I write in Immigration Office requested for processing this application, I am from Dubai, UAE. ?? ur visa office would be London,UK

2) Personal Details - What is UCI ? What should i write in it? have u ever applied to canada? if yes then u must have a uci number if no then leave it blank

1) I am filling my application by myself. What should i do with this form? Should I completely ignore it or write NONE/N/A in every box? no need to attach this form if u are filling app urself.

1) I have only travelled from Pakistan (Origin) to Dubai (Resident). Do i need to mention anything on this form? I have never travelled any other country. Should i write none in every field or N/a? in ur travel history mention ur travel from pak to dubai or dubai to pak. all visits etc.

1) I don't have any spouse so should i write none in the spouse field ? Or Ignore it? just ignore the field. as u must have mentioned in ur form that u are single so they know it by default.

1) Should the name of my father match with the passport or NIC? father name on passport or nic is supposed to be the same. how come its different? im not sure wht u should do but the name in his passport should be the same as nic. get it corrected., my advice use NIC name because thats wht passport people wud use.

1) I have done my ACCA together with Intermediate and B.COM. How can i show total years of education in the boxes ? Please, help.

Canadian Educational Credential or Educational Credential Assessment (ECA):

I have received the WES stating that the ACCA membership is equivalent to 3 years bachelors which help me to fetch 21 points. I have also done B.COM. What documents i should include in this section ? (i.e. ACCA or B.COM + ACCA). Should i give photocopies or original photocopies or notarized copies.??


first of all.. have u got eca done for ur ACCA only? or did u send ur bcom? if u have send acca only then i guess ignore ur bcom. wht i assume is that u did bcom along with acca, right? if thats the case simply ignore ur bcom because it wud create unnecessary confusion. Just send ur WES ORIGINAL report. and Notarized Photocopies of ur educational docs(ACCA),.. here some people wud say that notarization is not necessary but its better to send them notarize photocopies.
Language:

Should i include original IELTS result or photocopy or notarized copies? IELTS ORIGINAL!!! always remember IELTS wes report n police certificates r always sent original.

Relatives:

I have my maternal uncle in Canada, I want to claim 5 points for him. He is real brother of my mother. What documents i need to include here to prove the relationship and also to claim the points? Do i need to include any cover letter here? Do i need to put any affidavit or notarized letter?

u can attach birth certificates of ur mother n father indicating same father's name. Moreover u can get FRC of ur mother by birth which wud include all her siblings.. u can also attach ur frc to show ur relationship to ur mother. for claiming points u need ur uncles Citizenship or PR card. any utility bills to prove that they r living in canada. in my case i also attached bank statement health card etc. u can also attach photographs if u have with ur uncle.

Section -11 - Financials:

What is total Assets? - Is this everything you have and it's networth or only bank balance? only bank balance. car/house is not considered.

Laibilities - What does it include? Does it include Credit Card balances? its better if u clear all credit card balances otherwise u will need to include that as well

Settlement Funds - What it is ? How it is different from Total Assets? Assets-laibilities=settlement funds. this is the amount u need to show as proof of funds. so if u r showing any liabilities make sure that when u minus the assets from it then settlement funds wud be the amount u are showing. in case applying single ur settlement funds should be $11,824

How can i provide evidence for the above? Bank Statement is sufficient? Is there anything else i need to get on the bank statement? Bank certificate is what they ask for. bank certificate should clearly mention ur name date when the account was opened and the current amount in ur account. with bank certificate u can also attach bank statement.

I am applying in NOC - 1111 (Accountant and Auditors)

My duties are very descriptive for each position I worked for, How can i write in one single box? Could you please advise what we have to write and how? u can either write " see reference letter" or u can also attach an extra sheet in which u write all ur duties. On extra sheet make sure u write Question no. ur name and signature. and on the box in form write "extra sheet attached"

I would be very grateful for any help in completing my application pack. I am running out of time so would like to submit as soon as possible.

Can someone please explain the process to apply for PCC from Karachi? I received PERS on 9th Oct and now thinking to initiate PCC process.

Go to your nearest police station they will guide you, before making PCC you have make it clear that you will live at least three years of this area, however tell me location so I will guide you
When I made it they will charged me 4000 for two pcc

Do you mean PCC is based on areas NOT single PCC per city?

For me: Jahangir Road (Jamshed Road Police Station I guess)
for my wife, it's Gulistan-e-Johar (they lived in two different places but in same area)

When I was making my pcc I was also confused the i Checked the details that where I can make pcc and how and I got the police number from their website and asked the details the guy who received my phone tell me tell details and guide me politely , I made my wife pcc as my self address as she just stay my place for 1.5 years a And it has been accepted, they ask you to submit pcc for the country where you live more than six months
