Hi everyone,
I'm assuming what I am assuming is right, but I am asking just to make sure. Better safe than wait years for a rejected application.
There are jobs, and there are related jobs. Let's just randomly choose an applicable job for FSW3. Paralegal (4211).
Let's just say my job is NOT titled paralegal, although it is similar. Instead, my job is a 'real estate law clerk'. Am I still elegible for FSW3 still?? I think I should be still elegible because in the website below on the page of a paralegal it states 'example titles'. Under example titles, 'real estate clerk' was a related occupation. There are a whole list of related occupations, so I am assuming that the Canadian embassy will allow for slight variations.

thanks to anyone who can share their thoughts,
