Hi Friends,

My consultant just called me yesterday evening and told me that my PER mail has been received My payment mode was DD. By this, I am assuming my app reached CIO in mid June.

I will visit him on 25th Oct to check that email personally and confirm the exact DD encashment date and app receiving date so that i can update the spreadsheet with exact dates. I will also get the UCI number so that I can check my ECAS status.

He was quite reluctant to forward that mail to my personal ID. May be he is concerned that if he forwards me the email, I may stop using his services or cancel his services in future using the representative form. That guy has not charged me anything yet and will take his fees only after the Visa gets issued. He is an experienced guy, So I think its OK (please advise if you suspect anything fishy with such behaviour).

In my opinion, if the consultant is not sharing the email with you, its not right. Coz you have the right to that information. Alternatively ask him to share the UCI number with you, so that can check the ECAS status online. Good Luck

I have not received my application returned. So I am feeling confident that my application will be charged.

Main forum is predicting CIC is probably doing sanity checks of applications for first week of August.

We should see some of our applications payment processed in next two weeks.

Hello everybody! I have the same problem as all you here. My docs were received by CIC on the 29th of September and I've just realized that I enclosed the old Schedule 3
I really don't understand how it could happen! I attached new Fee Payment form and Check list that were also updated in August.
Guys, how do you think, shall I try to return my all the package back or maybe resent the new form? I am sooo scared

Just got PM from maverick-14 ... posting it here.. People who have used Old Schedule 3 form, updated before August can now relax. I really hope they are lenient with people using Old Generic Application Form as well. 8) 8) 8)

I have dispatched my application for FSW 1 only two days ago on 26th August 2014.

A friend of mine just informed me that the form for Schedule 3 was updated on the CIC website. Now, i am confused because i had printed form before they were updated and hence the submitted form in my application is old one.

Could you please guide me in this regard? Should i be worried? What actions can I take in this regard?

FSW2014 Schudule 3 - Economic Classes Form [IMM 0008 - Sch 3] updated somewhere between 17th and 21st Aug/2014... But the quote i posted of maverick-14 should help you relax your nerves ;D ;D ;D
