My file was also returned saying that my experience from "american express bank ltd. " does not provide sufficient evidence that I had performed all the duties in NOC 4214.

But my experience is from a play school and not from " american express bank".
I had sent them an email to reconsider my application but CIC doesn't reply to emails.

Now I m trying for express entry. The lowest score of the one who received ITA in the last draw has come down to 453.
Applicants with a job offer will not last long. Now it will be our turn.

Ali +1 for the update! My app was returned in second week of Mar as told by call centre. They confirmed cap reached. Best of luck to everyone still in the reckoning. My dream is over! Express Entry doesn't seem like a possibility due to labour market requirements & job offer considerations. I did spend a lot of time researching here & reading about preparing for life in Canada. A vain effort. Seems I wasted out six months in this process. Still, those of you who can make it, it's worth the effort!

FSW2014 may be over for you but I fail to understand why EE too! I didnt get you when you said "EE doesnt seem like a possibility due to LABOUR MARKET REQUIREMENTS AND JOB OFFER CONSIDERATION". You must be aware of the fact that latest EE draw score has dropped down to 453 which means job offer is not mandatory anymore. Can you elaborate on how Labour Market and Job offer refrains you, or any other 4214 aspirant, from applying under EE ?

Very surprising and annoying at the same time to know that American Express Bank has a kindergarten as well.... Lolz..... I think you should call CIC and explain the misunderstanding / human error at CIC and seek course of action. May be they give you something material. On the other hand however applying under EE is a must and I am glad you opt it. The dream must come true ! What's your tentative score on EE by the way?

Email is out of question since they take 60 days to reply to an email, that too if deem necessary. The only option is to call... Keep on trying, good time is 8.30 am Nova Scotia time. All the best.

Not quoting baselessly. One of My friend received his application package back with a letter that due to global cap limit your application is being returned. His package reached CIC on 30th Dec.
Please share if you know some 30 Dec applicant CC /DD charged.

Hi Bindu, the person you are asking is herself a 30th Dec applicant with CC already charged Check her timeline on the left Nevertheless, we cannot deny the fact that charging has been stopped after 29/30 Dec and many have claimed to be the victims of global cap!
