Hi lcmartinezav,

Welcome on board. Hope you get your MR soon :)

Have corrected your app date to 14th instead of 16th on 4214 Spreadsheet.

I think you can! There have been many FSW applicants who have applied under EE as well but dont know if they have faced any repercussions or not, or may be it is too early to ascertain that.

Better visit the following EE thread to know more:

There's only one charging reported in last three working days!
Worried!!!
Although our NOC(4214) is a cold one, the overall cap of 25000 is a worry.
Although people have predicted that the overall cap (25,000) is unlikely to be reached.
But we don't know how many applications ACTUALLY reached in Dec. There's bound to be more numbers in Dec as consultants would have encouraged many to apply & the general belief had been that it was the last chance to apply for FSW & EE was an unknown entity.

So there should be charging to give HOPE! CIC, please play up.

C'mon guys please give some BETTER LOGIC to drown this pessimistic thought

Hi Life,

Sub cap of 1000 applications per NOC will work as a deterrence to reach overall cap of 25000 applications.

Yes Ali, this and absenteeism at CIC due to weather could be the reason!

usually it takes 90 days to open your file and then encash fees and 3 to 4 weeks to send a positive/negative elgibility mail for your file and assign file number.

Literally after 120 days, you will hear from CIC by means of email.

In first 60 days, they don't even have a electronic record that you have submitted a file.

Its a very slow and age old process
Very True!
I just called CIC
A very polite male with a French accent answered & took down my particulars, then informed me that there was no record with them in the system yet. Listening to the anxiousness in my voice, he added that there's nothing to worry as it just means "your package has not been opened yet!" He asked me to call back after three weeks and then would have some details. On asking for UCI number for a second time, he said that there's no Client ID yet!
My application details are on the left side!

No Bindu, they don't take any general questions!

In another group , I can read a member posted that his application under NOC 4214 submitted date around 30th Dec. was charged yesterday.
This really very disturbing. I m getting nervous now.
