I am feeling little confident now.

I am gonna write them up, i got offer letter & sal slips with me, but they were in bad condition & the checklist said reference letter would suffice,
i will send them that offer letter n sal slips....i don't have photo i am sure school would have few, i will get in touch with school,

things that i got:-
Offer letter
Salary Slips
Photo (from schools)
Reference letter (which i already submitted)

Things i don't have
only PF & Associated bank account.
oh yes - related education - but if education was so important then they should clearly mention this on their website & they shoudnt have accepted my profile - i got PER - AOR - DD Charged....they shoould have rejected at first stage stating related education is issue...hate this kinda double standard....but still canada is my dream destination...i will try to convince them....

New to this post. Someone please advise.
For bachelor of education degree holder working as childcare worker (educator), with no formal
Childcare Qualification, can he nominate "early childhood educator Assistant" or should nominate "early childhood Educator" even though he hasn't got formal qualification but experience only (he is working as a ECE without qualification in his own country). But early childhood educator assistant requires no formal qualification . These two has same NOC 4214.
Please advise.
Second question is -With IELTS score of R 4.5,L 5.0, W 5.5 and S 5.5 are there any chances of approval by CIC for ECE assistant, while this score is enough for MPNP nomination.

Hi Raider,

1. For bachelor of education degree holder working as childcare worker (educator), with no formal
Childcare Qualification, should apply as an "early childhood educator Assistant" under the same NOC 4214 however his JDs should match (50-60% at least) with the JDs mentioned under ECE Assistant under NOC 4214.

2. Unlike Australian immigration, IELTS score is independent of NOC. For applying as a Federal Skilled Worker, a minimum score of 6 is required to be obtained in all four components. With IELTS score of R 4.5,L 5.0, W 5.5 and S 5.5, the person does not qualify for a Federal Skilled Worker. I dont know if these scores qualify for a MPNP.
