I RECEIVED MAIL ON 27 OCTOBER 2016 TO SUBMIT MORE DOCUMENTS.I GOT MAIL IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I APPROACHED M.P. OF CANADA TO SEND EMAIL TO CIC.

hi i got fairness letter today fro CVO stating sub-section 16(1) and Subsection 11(1)
can someone please guide me I feel miserable after 2yrs wait and physical varification I am notified of misrepresentation moreover I submitted additional document request last year in june.

If I were you I would go with lawyer as you got concern letter before and there is PV done as well.

we did not expect this as we provided sufficient proofs at that time + they are not satisfied as no one was there to answer properly specially the owner.
