"From April 2015 to March 2016, the service standard of 12 months was met 58 percent of the time. 80 percent of files were processed in 15 months or less. This service has been discontinued, though an inventory of historical applications remains. Reported processing times will therefore appear longer until the inventory is eliminated."

What Exactly Means of Last 2 Lines?
Is it they say they are now not processing pending files..until new service start ????

Thats a good point to debate .....well to my understanding........ others are welcome to share their views......the extraction of these lines suggest:

the service standard to complete the processing of application in 12 months now stands over.....which means the visa offices are no more obliged to aggresively followup an application towards its completion the way they have been doing so far, they would however keep on processing the pending yet on not so high priority, resulting the processing time to go higher till all files are completely process to their completion. This may be supported the way we have seen the processing being done of applicants since april till date of 2016.

Also from the statement if 80% of application have been processed, that leaves 5000 applicant from world over (as 25000 was the limit for fsw 2014 program), out of which major chunck is from sub continent therefore you see minimum movemnt across various portal of fsw 2014 associated

Hi

Received stamped passport and COPR. The last date for entry is Oct 13 which is bit harsh.

Not even getting 90 days which I will have to mandatory serve here.
