This is for the information all that my brother has got his VISA stamped. He submitted on 29th March and got Passports back today.

We are asked to update and send IMM 5669 form to colombo visa office. we had already sent updated background declaration form with pcc on October 15. Why they are asking it again after long waiting of PPR???

Pls explain me how to complete this form without any gap otherwise our application will be rejected..

Just make sure that you fill up all the details since your 18th year (age). Also, make sure that you don't leave any gaps, e.g.
Jan2005 - Jun 2007
Jun 2007 - Dec 2010 -> In this case, mention that you moved residence in Jun of that year
Jan 2011 - May 2012 -> In this case, mention that you moved residence only by the beginning of Jan 2011 ..
and so on...

i had paid my RPRF in the Month of September 2015, but i'm still waiting for PPR, any news on why this is taking such a long time.
many say that after RPRF the waiting period will 2 to 4 months but i have crossed that time.

Just make sure that you fill up all the details since your 18th year (age). Also, make sure that you don't leave any gaps, e.g.
Jan2005 - Jun 2007
Jun 2007 - Dec 2010 -> In this case, mention that you moved residence in Jun of that year
Jan 2011 - May 2012 -> In this case, mention that you moved residence only by the beginning of Jan 2011 ..
and so on...
