You can land anywhere in Canada except Quebec Region.

I can too c only 4 lines on my ECAS which says MR received. Please provide the link where it shows other lines too.

It depends on visa officer to put how many lines of updates in the ECAS. but what is important is main status update (like medical received etc..) in ECAS. My 6th line is medical received but for others, it may be 4th or 7th etc....

Dear I think the link is same for all
The additional lines were added to those who were asked submit additional documents
I have eight lines since additional and updated were requested twice
These lines read as the correspondence was sent to you on this particular date and medical instructions were sent on this date etc
So the relevant lines are four only
The other lines just states that at which dates the visa office has had a correspondence with the applicant

That's how it is. Now wait for PPR. Once you receive PPR, you'll get the new line updated that they have sent you a communication.
