I asked them the reason but they do not respond so I booked the test date again and shed ten thousand and six hundreds again

Good morning guys. Yesterday CVO issued 3 people PPR including me. Out of which 2 of them did IELTS from IDP and I did from BC. So no more mail to retake IELTS I guess. I'll keep you all updated on whatever news I get from CVO.
