So I got a response from CVO this morning on my question as to why do I need redo the test : my original location us Chennai.

Dear Madam:



The contents in your following e-mail have been noted.



Please be informed that for integrity purposes you are requested to complete the test as per our instructions.



Specifically, a new IELTS test result for you from a different testing centre other than the original testing location/site. Once applied, please provide the name of the location/site and the new test date.

Only result from a new test location/site will be accepted.

Please also provide the original test site location with your confirmation.
