Right now, no one has got any reply from CVO after Medicals. According the the list I've compiled, when they resume processing our files (hopefully by Jan 1st week), you would be the 1st or 2nd person to receive PPR from them. So dont worry.

Thanks brother for keeping Us positive !!!may the new year brings good news for all if Santa would not be able to get us the goodies on Christmas!!!

Every one who raised a CSE got this standard reply except me....I did twice but no reply
It will be disheartening to get a negative reply after a wait of 13 months

I am also still waiting for the reply from CVO...for the CSE raised on 2 Dec....checked with my consultant..he said wait till January if nothing then he will himself raise one.

I dont think it would be a problem. Which VSF are you submitting? Is your Visa Office Colombo?

Hello Andy,
In what term your case is different than others? can you share it? can you also update your full time line and if your visa officer is Colombo?
Regards,

Sure Thing !
Support = information and suggestions.

My visa office was NDVO, shifted to CVO.

My timeline as follows:

Application Date: 28th Nov 2014
PER: 16th Feb 2015
AOR from Colombo: 07th April 2015
MR : 28th Aug 2015

Now here is where it gets different. My wife was pregnant and we were expecting our baby in Nov 2015.
So, I and my wife did our medicals, with my wife not undergoing the chest X-Ray.
After baby was born, my wife underwent the residual MR , i.e. chest X-Ray.
I have already informed the CVO, and baby's passport ( USA) , Birth certificate , photos and updated family information etc have been Fedex'd to CVO.

Now , I am waiting for MR to be generated for my baby and then only I can expect a PPR. Early in June/ July this used to be really fast.
But , no idea now. Also, IMPORTANT thing : I am in the USA , alongwith my wife and the newborn.
Is there a way , when the PPR comes ( hopefully not too late it would be) , we dont have to travel to New Delhi; instead this could be done from any Canada embassy in the USA or even we can travel to Canada.

Let me know please if any one has any idea about this case.

So, all in all this is the overall story that I wanted to share.

Thanks again all !!

Regards,
Andy

Andy,
Yes you are right, earlier it was late but now consuming time, In last 2 months no one has got MR or PPR from CVO. We are guessing the delays are due to the probable student visas time and refuges matters.

Hopefully in January since we are now near to year end holidays. And regarding submission of passport as my consultant has told me too since I am not in india that when the PPR comes, they can make a request for our passport submission to the nearest Canadian embassy where we live. He said this is not a problem. Only thing that this can cause you another few days delay.

Congratulations on the baby and good luck further.

Regards,
