Hello friends,

Does any one have information regarding how long it takes for spouse file to transfer for stamping to Australia instead of New Delhi , visa office is Colombo. As my spouse is in Australia now and instead of New Delhi stamping can be done at Australia as per mail reply from Colombo but my spouse is in Australia till first week of November, so if file transfer and stamping can be done before November first week than it's better choice to transfer file there is Australia. Or else I ll have very cut to cut dead line for stamping at New Delhi for both of us.

Please let me know if anyone encountered same scenario or information on this.

One of my friends with application date 17th Dec 2014 (originally NDVO and now CVO) has received an email from CO asking for RPRF, PCC, updated 5669 forms, employment letter. He has not received MR as yet. Few questions on this

1. Any idea why are they asking 5669 form, employment letters again? Has CVO done this to everyone or any specific cases?
2. Does he need to get employment letter again from employer or can send copy of the one that he submitted with application file in December 2014?
3. How long will it take MR after this request?

Some of us have got it. I had to submit the most recent employment letter. Others get PCC, etc.

2. Does he need to get employment letter again from employer or can send copy of the one that he submitted with application file in December 2014? -

He has to send the updated and most recent employment letter. This is asked mostly because they can't come for physical verification.

3. How long will it take MR after this request?

2 days max.
