Congratulation for medical received update, regarding PPR timing I am not certain but in this forum it self I have read that usually it takes 2 to 8 weeks, but again it's totally depend on case to case.

I dont know my AOR and other things as my Consultant never told me about it. Further, SLU on 26.08.2015...

You can raise CSE here at this link use visa office that you had mentioned at your application.

I haven't got MR request yet but got couple of communications from CVO regarding some paper work requirement which I have provided on October 1st.
