I'm in exactly the same situation except my medical was on the 7th of August. Although CIC should acknowledge receipt of the medical results I'm guessing this is just the next (positive) step in the process.

Bro how many lines in ecas do u have???????????????

Seniors please guide - Have just seen below update in ECAS, there are 4 lines instead of 2 -

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 17, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 28, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on March 23, 2015.
4. We transferred your application to the Colombo office on March 4, 2015. The Colombo office may contact you.

Pls help with some insight, I'm waiting for MR.

No I am waiting for MR but we have a watsapp group n people there r getting after 4 lines update in ecas...so u wl definitely get in a week

Medical submission, still no news abt. DM or PPR.
Applied - 27 nov, aor -7 April, medical -22 June
TLU - 21july. No news after. Wish everyone get good news

In similar situation, but not so long wait by now. In my case, my medical results and documents were received by CVO on 31st Aug, and my ECAS account shows 'DECISION MADE' but no lines were added after medical instructions not even medical results received. This is making me a bit nervous....

Any idea/guess how long CVO generally takes to send PPR(if I am lucky enough with positive decision) after ECAS is updated with DECISION MADE.... Any thoughts are appreciated.. All the best to all waiting in the queue...

Could you plz tell me that did you get any acknowledgement mail from Colombo office about medical received and other documents, my medical was done on 24 August , yet no acknowledgement from their side . The only confirmation I received is from courier company that courier has been delivered which contains the medical info sheets and other documents requested by visa office. my ecas does not show medical received . I enquired from doctor who says the report was sent on 25 August

My ecas has only 3 lines by the way , not updated to
6 or 7 lines as others.

Hello Friend,

I am not sure but few of my fri
ends received PPR after
Medical done and results received by CIC in 1 to 2 months.

For our case let's just hope will receive what we are looking for soon.
Till than let's wait with patience.

I got the same 4 lines on 10th of September, After 7 days I got RPRF email and then next day Medical. Its a positive sign. In Actual what the trend I have seen in past few months, When you get updated line " We started processing your application on......" It means you are through, your background is completed, now medical and security questions will come and again case to case it takes time, if you have more visits to more countries consume more time.
However in your case Start doing Bhangra......with both legs up ;D Your RPRF and medical must be nearby. Good luck !
