My Ecas updated today and I have a second line "We started processing your application on March 17, 2015".
I also received email yesterday from the visa office. They wrote that my job duties mentioned on the Job letter does not match with the lead statements of the NOC. So they gave me 30 days to provide additional information to prove that I perform duties mentioned in the NOC. So can I request letter from my ex-employer with detailed job duties and send it to CVO? Do you know this will work ?

you must ensure that you would have performed atleast 80% of duties mentioned in the lead statement. so prepare the letter accordingly but do not copy word by word.

if your employer can sign off its well and good.

One of my friend has been asked to send Birth Certificate with MR. He doesn't have certificate...what can be sent in place of birth certificate.

Anyone went through this situation???

Many people who do not have birth certificate generally attach an affidavit along with class X passing certificate at the time of initial application only.

What document did your friend provided as a birth certificate at the time of application?

search for matching jdr and write or print down your own paraphrased version and provide it to the employer so that they can print it on the official letter pad.
your employer may not know what jdr best suits you

I have the similar timeline as yours. Application date is 5th Dec with PER on 23rd Feb and AOR on 26th March and then after no update.

You atleast got your SLU but I am still waiting for SLU/MR. As per what I have seen till date on this forum, there are many people accompaying us in wait for MR/SLU from CVO. I wish everyone speedy process with positive progress. All the best..!
