How can i add the time line to my profile, like i see all of you have added time lines in the left hand side of your posts.

I got email from CVO stating below..
i have sent this form earlier .. any one has got this email?

"Please note that you and your spouse are required to complete question 8 (Personal History) and question 12 (Address History) of schedule A (IMM5669) form since 18th birthday to date without leaving any gaps"

I need some clarity regarding below situation

i received e mail on 2nd june 2015 from cvo asking for certain docs and also mentioned in the mail was that medical instructions were sent separately
but i did not receive medical forms for next 15 days. yesterday i received medical forms by mail in which it it mentioned that i need to undergo medical exam within 30 days of receiving this letter.Now my question is 30 days start from yesterday or from 2nd june 2015 when they sent me the first email.
Pls help

Hi! We got it done at Shantiniketan. They were less commercial , had a lady doctor &!charged less than Max. Everything went through in half an hour as we reached before time. It's first come first serve even after appointment . Just relax and keep yourself hydrated so that nothing shows adversely in your tests . Don't stress at all.. It's regular stuff!!!

Yeah it's nothing but updated schedule A & yes even we were asked the same. No worries !!
