My observation is right in this case also. In this case Application date is 3 rd October and CC charged date is 15th DEC. i think currently they are processing October and November files. So still there is a very good hope for december applicants like me....thanks for sharing the details.

Hey guys let us collect the details from our forum it self that any december applicant whose application has received in december month and has got medical request...is any body ? i think currently Colombo office is clearing the application received before december month. lets share information about all of us. Please share information about Colombo Application only so that pattern can be understood. My details are:

Application received=12th december 2014
PER: 28th Feb 2015
AOR: 26th March 2015
Medcal Request: Awaiting..

Mine is 10 dec App , PER 25 Feb and Aor 31 Mar. So when i should get MR.

I am nov 20 applicant. I got my PER on feb 12 and AOR on mar 25 but since then hvnt heard any thing till now. Can someone please help what could I do ? How can reach VO ? What should be next step for me??

I think currently October and November applicants are getting MR. Hence your turn can come any time soon...Good luck bro....

Got a mail from CVO requesting for new Schedule A Form, payment of RPRF, also mentioned in the mail that medical details will be sent in separate mail. i have scanned my mail box totally but no mail.Why haven't CVO sent The medical mail.

The Medical Mail follows the RPRF mail and is typically send the same day or after a day.

AS my passport has less than a year validity left.....i got it renewed .....so as soon as i receive new passport, should i send a mail to Colombo Embassy and inform them about the new passport details ?

Recently I have received below communication from Colombo visa office. Although I have mentioned my previous visits to other countries clearly but some I overlooked the clause for visa refusal.

VO has given me 30 days to provide the justification for same, Can someone please help me how to proceed?

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act 2001 states that a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. Paragraph 40(2)(a) specifies that the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1).

In September 2014 you and your spouse completed Schedule A applications declaring that you have never been refused a visa to Canada or any other country. You declared these applications to be truthful, complete and correct. However we have information that you, your spouse and your son were refused Non Immigrant Visas.

I will allow you 30 days to address this concern. At the end of this time period I will make a decision on your application with or without a response.
