You have to send original documents to colombo office and copy of the documents to NDVO.

You can pay the RPRF online using following link. It's easy. U can use ur friend's CC also.
U need to print the receipt and send. (U can write ur file no on it).

As written in the mail, all docs need to be sent to CVO. No need to send any docs to NDVO.

I have to pay 490$ fees right.. so when I pay from CC do the bank charged any transaction or commission charges ?
If so how much it is, any idea ?

And while I do this payment is it a instant charge or it is hold with some payment gateway ?

Before paying the fees do I have to create an account in CIC website or I can directly have to click on the link and pay it.

The email which I received for the PRPF fees it mentions the below line

" PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. " - what does this means ?

There is no form attached in the email so anybody can tell what do they want to say here ?

Majority of people who have not received their MR are those who are receiving salary in cash or those who have not attached their salary slips. Not required. However u can email them scan copy / photo of the medical receipt.

Yes, the bank will deduct charges for exchange rate conversion. U can contact ur bank for info on the amount of charge for this transaction.

U'll get an SMS that ur CC has been debited by such amount. However it'll reflect in ur statement after 2/3 days.

Yes, cic portal will ask u t register first b4 proceeding to payment.

do not worry.. you are good.. I got MR but no SLU... it may that after my Meds done they will update with SLU and TLU...

You may get MR request this week anytime..

once you made the payment going through the website they provided they will send you a confirmation of payment with a form.
fill that form and scsn and email to the id they provided. Also make copy of thst payment form and print out the RPRF request email and pcc if requested to the cvo postal address. They haven't asked for medical receipt but its better to send a copy of that too. I am holding these documents for my medical to be done so I can send it together

there is nothing wrong with that.
some people got medical request before slu and some got after slu.
in my case i got MR 4days prior to slu update.
if SLU is updated you will receive MR in 1-2 weeks.
