Received visa office transfer email. Now its Colombo, Sri Lanka instead of New Delhi. But the subject says "Acknowledgement letter". I don't think its AOR, is it ?

It is AOR. Acknowledgement of Receipt. Congrats by the way.

I received PER on 22/1/15. Yet to get any AOR from CVO.

Any idea what is the latest date that CVO has issued AOR?

What you really want to know is does any CVO applicant has received 2nd Line or MR
