Can you please guide how much time it will take for AOR? or direct they will ask for Medicals?

Can you please guide how much time it will take for AOR? or direct they will ask for Medicals?

Normally it should take a month & a half on an average to get an AOR after PER but still you can't say because I've read somewhere that some of the candidates are directly getting medical request. Even some of the september applicants got the AOR later than me but now they are going through the medical whereas I'm still waiting for it. I guess it depends on case to case. I don't think if there's any NDVO transferred december applicant with MR. No sign of verification yet as far as I know.

After a wait of close to 3 months after AOR, i got my second line updated "we started processing your application on May 1st 2015" . Dont know whether to feel happy that MR is round the corner or worry that now they will start doing the process...Please guide frnds...

As a matter of fact, its somewhat a good news that atleast our file is now under process and moving towards to MR. Just keep your fingers crossed and hang on a bit more dude. Good luck.

PER- 10TH feb 15
FILE Transfer- 23 mar 15

As far as I know, AOR is just an acknowledgement from CIC which consists the details of the visa office to which the file is transferred. So, it can be said that they both are same.

Seniors, correct me if I'm wrong...!!
