CSE means Case Specific Enquiry. You could contact CIC through the form to see what documents have they requested from you. Also Check with your agent to see if they have received any email.

When you send request, make sure you give them all info like date of medical done, date when RPRF was paid, date of PCC, etc.

I got the email on Feb 2nd to send the updated schedule A, and I replied the same day via emailed scanned copies of form IMM5669.
