FSW2014: Can we Show UAE Earned gratuity as POF

I am working in UAE , Here, we earned gratuity which is given at the end of the service.
Can we Show Earned (Accrued) gratuity as POF?

Anything you earned legally can be your funds. No problem it is from any other country.

I don't know what that means, but as long as you can withdraw the funds at any time you wish, they can be used as POF. If they have any restrictions on withdrawal such as a lock-in period then you cannot use them.
