FSW14: noc question

Hi seniors,

I have worked for 2 companies. I applied noc 2172. My first experience (First company)is database designer (worked for 4 years) and the noc is 2172. Do I need to specify the noc for the 2nd working experience in my application? Whether we need to specify the noc for each part of our working experience? Or just the noc we want to apply?
