Hello, I completed my study in Montreal,QC and having PGWP. I am working as Web Developer (NOC 2175) in Montreal. However, my job allows me to work from anywhere within Canada.

Can I eligible to apply for FSW (EE) if I move to Ontario and working remotely for my current job?

I think so. You job is not QC-only, so you are not tied to Quebec. Moving to another province will strengthen this point.

My job is in Quebec. But, they allowed me to work from anywhere.

I guess the key is whether you will (not) live in Quebec upon receiving PR through FSW. Traditionally people live and work at close proximity.

Not living in Quebec right now would be a good start, and being able to move the base location of your job should also help convince the officer reviewing your file.
