Nowadays it’s likely.Guys, even i have received remeds, Pcc and schedule A request.
Is it safe to believe that my eligibility would be passed??

Date the certificate was issuedQuestion for those that are being asked for updated PCC:
Does IRCC stipulate how old the PCC should be? 3 months? 6 months?
I tried calling them but no luck. And GCMS notes are taking time. Most likely it should be passed. But to confirm the actual status either order GCMS or call IRCC.
My file has moved from NDVO to RROC..Nowadays it’s likely.
Thing is, I have seen a couple of ADR posted by people where IRCC specifically said "current country PCC not older than 3 months". I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is waiting for PPR (AOR Nov 2020). She got another PCC last year september which she already sent via webform upfront. We are just wondering if she can still use the same one, should IRCC send her an ADR.Date the certificate was issued
For the country where you currently live
The police certificate for the country where you currently live:
For any other country
- must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application
- must not be expired
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.
Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:
An officer may ask for a new one later on.
- it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
- it is not for the country where you currently live

I guess the same rules apply as for a fresh PR application
Yes, files are transferred based on workload. You have received remedical and ADR so it is a positive sign indeed.I tried calling them but no luck. And GCMS notes are taking time.
My file has moved from NDVO to RROC.
Is this a good sign?
