FINALLY PPR!
FSW-O
Primary VO - Ottawa
Secondary VO - NDVO

Can’t believe it’s my turn to post this. Absolutely surreal!!!

My timeline below:

Profile submitted : 17th Dec 2019
ITA : 19th Dec 2019
AOR : 22nd Jan 2020
Ghost update : 30th Sep 2020
Received GCMS notes : 16th Oct 2020
Application Status : Approved
Medicals expired : 15th Feb 2021
Dead silence since then. Ordered a bunch of GCMS notes from Feb till the month of August.
No change in medical status.
Absolutely dead silence.
Out of nowhere,
Ghost update - 12/11/2021 (Medical status changed to we are reviewing the results of your medical exams)
Re-Medical Request - 13/11/2021
Gave Re-Medicals- 16/11/2021
Re-Medicals Passed - 23/11/2021
Golden E-Mail - 01/12/2021.

From what I considered to be a 5-6 process to 2 whole years. 2 years of being highly Optimistic to being extremely Pessimistic!!
Still can’t grasp the fact that it is indeed a PPR after all this wait

Looking at this week’s progress, one can safely say that pprs flow has not stopped however I haven’t seen that much re-medical requests in this week like the weeks before.
I hope it doesn’t stop due to the new variant.
There were a few. PPR will only stop when a new order comes in and that will happen if omicron is actually a dangerous variant, which it’s not.

You declare the one that holds the funds you wish to present in support of your application. That said… IRCC can make requests for statements of other accounts in your name (if discovered, and where applicable). The requests could be made directly to the applicant, or pulled from the financial institution if necessary.
If you have nothing to hide then why do you want to hide it and risk it? When we were filling up our application to New Brunswick recently it clearly stated that we need to disclose all of our bank accounts etc. I have even sent an email to the immigration officer from that province and she told me that it is better to put all of them on. I do not see anything wrong with this if you have nothing to hide.
