Hi all,

I am waiting on my ECA and once that's done I'm going forwad with my EE application.
I have a few concerns that stress me out greatly wrt my work exp.

1. Job offer
Currently, I'm on my PGWP with no job and no job offer due to the pandemic and how short my PGWP is (expiring Jun 2021).
There is not a chance an employer is giving me any job soon seeing that my WP is expiring in less than a year.
A LMIA is out of the question and so CEC is no longer a choice since I applied for my PGWP too soon.

2. Work experience
I had more than 3 years of work experience however each of my job only last for approximately 1 year.
Job 1: NOC 1123 before my bachelor's degree (I have support from the company to provide reference letter stating I worked part-time, 30h/week for 13 months).
Wondering if it can be counted since the requirement states:
  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
I can say I have trainings with the company however I don't know. Besides, the contract was part-time with 30h, wondering if that would count as over 1560h / 1 year).

Job 2: The company changed name, I got a reference letter with the new company name, then the company closed down, then my boss moved to Singapore for a new startup and he didn't reply my email asking for another reference that aligns with the format I need. I am very confused, although this job lasted for only 9 months. I'm thinking about my bank statement, working emails, contract (which I have an unsigned copy stating every information).

Other jobs are not a problem.

Currently with all experience proved I have a much higher score, but with 1-2 years I would only get 461 (which may still stand a tiny chance with no PNP).

Any advice or any similar case you want to share? I would really appreciate.

*edit: I didnt see this thread so I posted again. My apology, where can I delete this?

30 hours is considered full time so that's a year of continuous full-time employment in a single NOC, which qualifies you for FSW. The requirements in the NOC are not mandatory. What matters is whether you actually performed the duties and were paid for your work.

"although this job lasted for only 9 months. I'm thinking about my bank statement, working emails, contract (which I have an unsigned copy stating every information)."
9 months of work doesn't help you at all, even with the extra month from your qualifying employment. No sense trying to chase down your employer.

but the 9 month is in the same noc as other jobs, wouldn't it be accumulated and counted towards my 3 years in total?
