FSW with 'Freelance Web Developer' experience

Not sure if it's the right place for this question. But also not sure where to post this question. So here goes - can anyone please tell me whether it's possible to immigrate to Canada with 'Freelance Web Development' experience?

I've been freelancing since 2009 and have worked on and completed many projects. I'm not sure if I can use this experience in any way. I don't see any information on the internet about this particular topic.

Please help if you have experience. Thanks.
