Hello everybody,
i have a simple question regarding FSW with arranged employment in BC.
To keep my story simple and short...
i got finally after 31month of wait my PR.
Applied in Feb.2012 with arranged employment.
Processing time took a while but anyway, i started working for this Company Sep.2012 with an Open Work permit.
Still working there for now over two years with the only difference that i don't need to apply for a Work permit extension anymore.
So now to my question.
Now where i got my PR can i take a better job offer with a different company with better pay and benefits for me?
Or would it be a Problem for me in the eyes of the CIC because of Misrepresentation when i would leave the Company shortly after i got my PR?
I appreciate every legal answer or experience !
