let's all gather here for all Sept.2014 NOC 2171 applicants. Few applicants posted that their application was sent back due to cap full while others said thier file is in process/queue. It may be confusing for some applicants like me since my application is still pending and haven't heard anything from CIC. DD not yet encashed as well. We are clueless and feel anxious with the situation.
Our application was receieved Sep 12 for NOC 2171 payment mode is DD.
We have emailed cic jan 28, no response yet.

2. Our DD will be expiring in a few days, what should be done? Will CIC still review file even dd is expired?
