460-468 is a huge range. Check past draws to get an idea. Depends on how many more people put in a profile.

this range has maximum people. what does it mean can you pls help me? will they give preference to maximum no of ppl or not?

Go on the IRCC website and look at past draws to see if and when scores ever got down to 460. 468 is a borderline score if draws were happening. Most times scores are around 470. The table shows the number of people in the pool now. It doesn’t mean all will ever be invited because more people join the pool each month. For the next year, expect draws of 480+

It's not clear what you are asking. They will give preference to the people with the highest scores.
