I am self employed from past 12 years and i would like to apply under FSWP and would like to do job in canada, how can i apply under FSW, i am distributor (proprietor) for telephone company.

Self employed experience is not considered for FSW.
I would suggest show as you are working for the company.

This is not correct. Self-employed experience is accepted under the FSW program (with proper documentation), it is excluded from the CEC program.

It is also bad advice to suggest an applicant lie or cheat on his/her application...

This is a very important webpage - under the "Proof of Work Experience" section, it describes the kind of documentation needed for self-employment experience.

"if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience)."

I got nominated under a province on express entry and I have with all the documents but at the moment the finance in the firm is hanging with this i cant justify work hours.but before now i alreadyworked for different firms where i have working experience and this was filled in my initial application before nomination,I dont intend applying for PR with the firm I Iisted on my initial application before nomination for this reason is ther any implication to this?

Sorry, this is very difficult to understand. I think you are saying you have a PNP nomination under the express entry program, based on your current employer, and you are having trouble getting something from them - not sure what - the letter of employment? And you want to proceed without proof of employment?

There's no way we can advise without knowing which province and which specific stream...
