hi they send me e-mail that my file is refused and i will get letter withing 2-3 days.then after i can tell you the reason,thanks very much for your reply

it is the education point
they gave me 20 points for education instead of 22

How did you get the refusal letter email/hard copy? And what about the explanation in the status?

first e-mail and then after week letter. even i ask some lawyer they also advice me to appear for ielts and geet more score
