Hello everyone, I'm from Germany and I'm currently living in Canada for one year under the working holiday program. I currently have a part-time job here.
My end goal is to live in Canada as a permanent resident.
In order to do that, I want to go back to Germany for 2 or 3 years to do something called "Ausbildung".
The full name of the job that I will be learning is "Fachinformatiker in Anwendungsentwicklung" which is basically programming. I will do school and work at the same time. Normally this takes 3 years but I might be able to shorten it down by half a year or even a full year if I do well enough.
My question is, how many points would I get for that?
There is also this thread https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/icas-wrong-assessment-german-vocational-training.610281/. This person did exactly the same thing that I will be doing.
