FSW Question - Related to 1-Year Work Experience. Please Help!

My NOC Is 4012 (Research Technician) Under NOC Category A. (For both jobs)
I worked for 2 different departments at the university (7 months and 5 months, respectively).
It says on the website that the work experience must be "in the same job". Do you guys think I could qualify under FSW? I had the work experience under technically 2 different jobs, but within the same institution and under the same NOC (4012).

I have a similar situation..

I worked for 1 full-year under NOC 4163 as a salaried full-time employee.

I am now working (and will complete) another full-year under the same NOC 4163 but as an intern in a different company and different country. The internship means I work full-time (all 5 working days, i.e. 40+ hours) and get an intern stipend from the company (i.e. paid but not salaried).

So I'm confused too - I'm trying to get 11 points for FSWP (2 years) instead of 9 points (1 year) - I'm hoping that it's valid to say 2 years Work Experience if it's the same NOC but 2 different jobs.
