FSW: Question about GCMS Notes

Our application is under the FSW program, and had been stalled for about years. I just received my gcms notes, and I have two questions about it:
1. RPRF is outstanding. Does this indicate that CIC is waiting for a payment from us?
2. The last actions taken are about our "criminality checks", and it's still in progress. I believe this is why our application is stalled. RCMP screening's status shows No Reportable Trace for my wife, but mine shows an empty status. Would that help if I go and get a fingerprint and send CIC a copy?

In general: They only started "criminality" but neither "medical" nor "security" are started.

Any suggestion, hint, or comment is highly appreciated.

Looks their action on your file is very slow. RPRF is not the cause. You could send an enquiry to let you know the current status on your file.

Could you please let me know what kind of inquiry? We have called the call center and also sent them emails. No response what so ever.

Is there any form that we need to submit for inquiry?
