Hi, I am from Australia and I have applied for FSW in November 2011 from Australia. I received 2 replies: one from CIC and the other from Visa Office Australia for receiving and further processing. Its been 9 months and I have not received any reply from anywhere. How does it generally takes for applicants applying from Sydney, Australia?
Moreover, now I got a Job Offer from a restaurant with LMO. I am confused now as to apply for Work Permit and can I submit my this JOB Offer to CIC to continue the FSW, as its part.
Can I submit this Job Offer for FSW instead of applying for Work Permit? As its already been 9 months and more 1-2 months to apply, so if i apply for the work permit then might take long way and moreover its already near to decision for FSW. Even I dont want to go to Canada just in Work Permit.
I want to confirm with 2 things:
1. Can I submit my Job Offer to FSW application instead of applying for Work Permit? Does this effect me in future from LMO or any other?
2. How long does the process takes more if I submit this JOB Offer to FSW application? and does this adds up my points or process faster? As i had enough points and my file is proceed since 9 months but didnt receive any response then after.
