Dear Quorax,

do you happen to have an update for the FSW- PR Fast Track info?

If there is, would it be okay if you could post one, so it can be helpful for us new applicant (for jan. 2011 applicants) on what to do next.

Thank you so much!

Pinay

hi,
brilliant .... I think we dont need any mediator for apply since they will take money from us only to mediate like we need to send so and so documents CHC asked for so and so documents you have to provide us other wise we can't do anything etc...etc...

so i think it is best to sit in driving seat instead of being a passenger in our own vehicle.......

thanks my friend for your valuable information.

regards,
saleem

I guess AOR is acknowledgement of Reciept. I will appreciate if anybody tell us the difference between the file numbers starting from EXXXXXXXXX and BXXXXXXXXX? Is there any significance behind these two letters?

Addition of Newborn Baby/ies

After the 2nd AOR/PER, anything & everything must go to the VO [not to CIO-NS]. And always remember to write a Cover Letter. As soon as the baby is born - Register the Birth [obtain a Birth Cert... hospitals will assist u with it, but the onus of getting the B/Cert shall rest with the parent/s] & Apply for his/her Pps. As u receive the pps, send the following to your local CHC [your VO]:

1. Forms:
•Schedule 1: Background/Declaration Form [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_1e.pdf
•Additional Family Information Form [IMM 5406]
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.PDF
•Fee Payment Form [IMM 5620]
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf

2. Passport copies
3. Birth Certificate
4. Bank Draft [$150]
5. Cover Letter

Hello Qorax,
Thanks for the great reply as usual. Sorry to jump in to this forum, but I also had a baby born approx. 3 months ago and was wondering whether updated POF needs to be submitted now, along with the other documents that u have mentioned. I have already contacted CHC ND regarding the newborn both by physical mail and email, but have not received any reply till date. My current status is RBVO from August 2010.

Any clarification/reply on this issue will be appreciated.

Not required now. They'd ask u for it around Meds.

Hi Qorax,
Sorry to bother u again but I was going through IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1 form and IMM 5406 form, and on both it says that they are to be completed by 'dependent children over the age of 18'. So I was wondering if I need to submit them for my 3 month old baby.
Also, in IMM 5620 form, there is an option for Credit Card payment, can it be used reliably with CHC ND for paying $150?

If they r 'over 18' - they file-it & sign. Else, it's u, the PA.
The forms r required for 'case profile integrity' reasons... everyone, in the family gets linked.

Yes, Cr. Card payments for the 'processing fee' is acceptable.

Mostly they do respond. In my cases they did. But, I'm aware of one member here, in whose case they asked her to come-thru her consultant.
