I have applied for FSW and I have realized that I have mentioned incorrect visa processing office in my application however the application has been sent to the centralized intake office Sydeny NS address. what are the chances of my application getting returned?

You probably can relax. We have seen recently cases where this happened and the visa officers corrected the VO and processed the application. Although this is not a guarantee, I think you will be safe unless you become extremely unlucky and your application ends up in the wrong hand.

i would be very thankfull if any one help me to answer some of my questions.
I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in end September. I would like to know about the proof of funds Would I be required to show them at the time of submitting my application or they are required at later stage after acceptance of the application?
in form of account statement or any balance statement at that particular time would be required?

Need help on a couple of points
1) i am planning to submit a DD with my application but the DD has a validity of 3 months. Do you think it is problem because what i've heard from the forum is that fee is being debited after 3 months. What do you suggest?
Can i send both DD and CC?
2) I am sure everyone wants to know this but do you think there is a chance in NOC 1123 if i submit in 1st week of Sep? i understand nobody know the criteria but still any experience?

The problem is that my fee payment draft expires in 3 months i.e. 12/09/2014. What if my file is opened after my draft has expired?

I wanted to know whether i qualify for the FSWP - 0112 (Human Resource Manager) as i have 5 years of experience in HR with 1 year and 3 months as HR Manager, am i eligible to apply under the mentioned category ? as i am a computer science graduate and not HR Graduate.
