Hi sis, we paid using manager's check, mas mabilis daw kasi mag encash kesa sa bank draft. wala pong form to accomplish, just attach a photocopy of your medical and RPRF request letter or cover letter. do not forget to state your UCI number and E0000 number.cIn our case, we used DHL send it sa visa section address kasi hindi nagpapadala ang courier sa PO box.

since my hubby is diabetic, hypertensive and had kidney stone; my hubby underwent 4 shockwave sessions to remove his stone; he was required to attend diabetic seminars at Makati Med
Medical of hubby sent to CEM- June 25, 2011
Medical clearance from urologic surgeon sent to CEM (naihabol lang po to ng nationwide)-July 27, 2011
PPR received via email - August 04, 2011

21K would just be fine. I pay mine 42K for me and my spouse and seems it doesn't have issue with CEM. Hope this helps!

thanks OJ... just confused what to use dollar or peso co'z as per my bank's advise usually bank drafts takes longer time to encashed which is 21-25 days while manager's check will only take 3 days to cleared. manager's check are only for peso while bank draft are for foreign currencies.. baka kasi makulang kung peso gagamitin ko or masobra.. cguro okay lang yata kung masobra nagconvert kasi ako cad to php it resulted to 21,364.98.. okay lang ba na may cents at hindi exactly 21K?

sa iyo ba OJ may PPR ka na?

Hi annjay,

I've used manager's check kasi in peso ang binayaran ko. Never mind d conversion, sa tingin ko it doesn't matter whether you'll pay in CAD or in Peso. Others in this thread paid 42K, walang naging problem and I think nasa 44+ to 45 pesos to 1CAD pa ang palitan that time. Ngayon kc parang nasa 43+ lang ang conversion rate. No worries if u pay 42K, I bet!

Waiting for PPR pa lang ako. We've just finished our medical last Aug.1 so mejo hintay-hintay pa ng konti.
O sya, balitaan mo na lang kami sa RPRF mo kung anu naging resulta.

hi Iana.. july 2 ko din na submit ung PP ko sa CEM. there's no harm in inquiring sa CEM. state mo lang sa email ung reason y.. ung ibang forum members from other thread ng email sa CEM ng reply naman daw, binigay pa ung waybill number. ;D ;D
im planning to inquire too maybe next week..
by the way ilang working days nakalagay sa PPR mo? balitaan mo kami ha. ;D

Hi hope88, I sent email to CEM Aug. 3 asking if the office has received our pps sent July 2. Last night CEM replied back saying that they have received our pps, photos and appendix A form, that our application has been finalized and allow them 2-3 weeks delivery of the visa package. Thank you for your advice.
